Our CEO, Deb Sauder has been the founder and owner of Interact4Impact, which started out as Harmony4life, Inc., since 2005. Since her start as an entrepreneur, she has served over 60 businesses and organizations and hundreds of leaders, professionals, and individuals.
Deb has over 25 years of experience in equipping people to generate meaningful results in their personal and professional lives. She has 20 years of experience in leading teams in organizational and community projects and she has spoken to many different groups in a variety of industries about ways to create healthy workplaces. Through her candid and innovative approach, she motivates her clients to take purposeful action in improving their abilities and achieving their definition of success.

Ingrid Johnson, Experienced entrepreneur and Business operations consultant
Ingrid has extensive management experience within corporate finance, securities compliance functions, and business operations in multiple organizations across a wide variety of industries. As the first Director of Compliance for both OBS and Northland Securities, Inc., she held multiple FINRA securities licenses. In business operations for over 15 years, Ingrid was an integral part of the management group at Stonehaven Group Inc., which included the development of multiple start-up companies including Stonehaven Resources, NewBridge Wellness Centers and QuickMedx/MinuteClinic.
Bridget Burnham, CMO Consultant & Branding Strategist
Bridget is the owner and leading Brand Strategist at Burn Bright Communications in Eagan. She works with companies to build powerful brands that attract and retain customers. Bridget studied marketing at the University of St. Thomas where she also completed an MBA with a focus on marketing and entrepreneurship. She has worked extensively in building brands in the manufacturing industry and her passion is to work with businesses and organizations wanting to make a positive impact in the world. Bridget brings creative ideas and energy to brighten your brand and keep your business moving forward with measurable results. Janet Eckman, CFO/Controller Consultant
For your small and growing business, Janet brings years of experience in guiding companies through all phases in their life cycle. Companies served include: QuickMedx/Minute Clinic, MarketVision Consulting Group, iZigg Inc., DraycottCapital Partners Inc., HillawayProductions, ZipnosisInc. and StoneHillFinancial, among others. One of her real strengths lies in taking whiteboard ideas, crystalizing those thoughts, then organizing and channeling them into financial models for evaluation, interpretation and implementation. She has a keen knowledge of financial and organizational structural needs for small and growing businesses at the different points in their development cycle. Janet began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their San Jose, CA office.
